Topics include: View from the Bench, SubPrime Fall Out in Bankruptcy Court, Ethical Considerations, Representing Creditors in Consumer Bankruptcy Cases, Consumer Debtor Issues, Chapter 13 Plans, View from the Chapter 7 & 13 Trustees. No prior experience is necessary.
