Real Estate/Mortgage Lending Contract Attorneys and Paralegals

A mortgage servicing company is seeking attorneys and paralegals in Tampa and Miami with residential real estate or mortgage lending experience to work on a full-time (40 hours a week) long-term contract assignment.

Responsibilities for attorneys will include researching, designing, planning and implementing creative loss mitigation workouts with respect to residential home mortgages. Paralegals will assist with these responsibilities.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in or with residential real estate, mortgage servicing or title insurance
• Creative problem solving abilities
• Outgoing personality and good relationship/leadership skills
• Attorneys must have a valid law license
• Resident of Miami or Tampa, Florida
• Light travel may be required
• Prior experience representing mortgage servicing companies is a plus
• Prior bankruptcy and/or foreclosure experience is a plus
