Membership Application

NOTE: By submitting this form, you are declaring that the information you have provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you agree to abide by the Charter, Bylaws and Rules of the Association.

Payment must be submitted with application. All new applications are approved by the Board of Directors at the next available regular Board Meeting. The meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, except August.

Memberships

Regular Member (less than 2 years in practice: $70.00
Regular Member (more than 2 years in practice: $140.00
Associate Member (less than 2 years in practice: $35.00
Associate Member (more than 2 years in practice: $70.00
Government Member (less than 2 years in practice): $53.00
Government Member (more than 2 years in practice): $105.00

January 1st thru May 1st membership dues are pro rated to 50% of yearly cost.

Law Student Member $25.00

Law student membership is not discounted.
