Seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in criminal law. Membership in the Florida Bar is required. The applicant selected for this position will work with local police agencies and local and state governmental agencies reviewing, analyzing and supervising the investigation and filing of misdemeanor and felony cases. The selected applicant will also be required to take calls, meet with police, members of governmental agencies, the judiciary, civil and criminal litigants and civilians at large to advise and assist them as appropriate.
Preference will be given to applicants who have a background in research and writing and who have excellent communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience and is expected to be within the range of $38,000 -$48,000.
