The Legal Aid Society (Dade Legal Aid) is the oldest civil legal services provider for the indigent in Miami-Dade County. Established in 1939 and chartered in 1949, Dade Legal Aid has dedicated staff attorneys who handle a variety of matters for indigent individuals, children and families in the following areas: family, domestic violence, guardian ad litem, guardianship, housing, benefits, teen advocacy, non-profits, start ups and bankruptcy.

Put Something Back "PSB" is the clearinghouse for pro bono opportunities for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. The DCBA Volunteer Lawyers Project merged into PSB in 1992. PSB recruits, trains and supports pro bono lawyers, law firms and law students who are committed to providing greater access to justice for all. Over 5,000 attorneys participate and over 50,000 clients have been served.
